Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) is a program consisting of several transaction management courses for all real estate licensees and unlicensed transaction coordinators who want to build and establish a successful transaction coordinator business. Show your clients and real estate firms that you strive to achieve a higher standard of professionalism and that you are committed by earning this distinguished certification. These courses count toward earning the Certified Transaction Coordinator Certification (CTC) as detailed on this page and bundled together.

Earn Your Certificate:
After all requirements have been met (see below), students will be automatically awarded a certificate and logo by email for marketing purposes. Once certified, students may add the certification logo to business cards, websites, email signatures, blogs, promotional materials, and more.

Requirements:
To earn your certificate you must complete the listed course(s) and respective exam(s) with a passing score.

All C.A.R. Education certifications expire 2 years from the date they were awarded and anyone who wishes to renew must retake the course(s) or take a renewal course if available. Courses are updated regularly so that new information is available to new and returning agents and members.

 

REQUIRED COURSES:

Courses may be taken in any order. Any mandatory or elective courses that you have successfully completed within the past twelve (12) months are applicable towards earning the CTC.

Expiration and Renewal:
Members who took Certification courses and received their certification in 2018 and prior years are encouraged (but not required) to take the bundle again or take the renewal course since information within the real estate industry is constantly updated and changing. Members who take the Certification courses in 2019 and beyond (i.e. 2020, 2021, etc.) will be required by C.A.R. Education to renew their certification.

Unless earned in 2018 or prior, all C.A.R. Education certifications expire 2 years from the date they were awarded and anyone who wishes to renew must retake the course(s) or take a Renewal Course if available. The courses are updated regularly so that new information is available to new and returning agents and members.
