Course Description
iBuyers, otherwise known as online firms that make "instant offers," are an option homeowners considering selling their property have in many markets today. Instead of listing their home for sale with a real estate agent on the open market, a homeowner now has the option to sell their property directly to an iBuyer. This is done by requesting an instant offer online through the iBuyers website. There are many pros and cons to this process and you can help navigate prospective clients on why this may or may not be the direction they want to go when selling their home.
