Are you aware that the National Association of REALTORS® requires you to take an Ethics course of at least 2.5 hours and a Fair Housing course of at least 2 hours every 3 years?
Bundle Description:
These courses emphasize that the standards of ethical conduct in the practice of real estate are based upon the National Association of Realtor's® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and upon federal and state laws governing conduct applicable to the practice of real estate. This bundle also contains a Fair Housing course that focuses on federal and state laws governing similar practices.
Do I Need to Take the Ethics Course and the Fair Housing Course?
How Does the 3 Year Cycle Work?
NAR requires every REALTOR® to take an Ethics course and a Fair Housing course every three years. The current 3-year cycle ends in 2024. The next 3-year cycle ends in 2027. If you still need to meet this requirement, C.A.R. Education provides both the Ethics Course and the Fair Housing course to all members for FREE. These classes meet NAR requirements. C.A.R. will even automatically report that students have passed the course directly to NAR.

The FREE Ethics course and the Fair Housing course are BOTH included in the 45 Hours of FREE CE course package also available to all C.A.R. members. That’s right – if you are currently taking your 45 hours of Continuing Education, the Ethics course and Fair Housing course are both part of the package!
