The following courses are included:

  • FTBS 1:  Master the Market
  • FTBS 2:  Be the Go-To Agent

Who Should Take the Two-Hour Course?
If you have taken the two FTBS courses and received your certification in 2018 and prior years (i.e. 2017, 2016, etc.), you are encouraged (but not required) to take the renewal course. Since information within the real estate industry is constantly being updated and changing it is highly recommended you take this one hour course to better serve your buyers. If you have completed your certification courses in 2019 and beyond (i.e. 2020, 2021, etc.), you will be required by C.A.R. Education to take a renewal course every two years to maintain your certification. This course is perfect for licensees and non-licensees.

This is a self-guided online course that you take at your own pace. This course is available 24/7.

Course Description: First time buyers need a great deal of education to guide time into their first home. This course continues to educate you with essential information for the home buying process. Learn the new laws, recent surveys and best practices that are important when working with first time buyers in today's market.

Course Length: 1 hour (No CE Credit)

How you will benefit from this course:

  • Learn what new laws you need to be aware of
