Instructor:

Kendyl Young

I am Kendyl Jue Young- the Jue part is important if you knew my Mom- an iconic Glendale REALTOR® of the 70’s-2000.  I was born and raised in Los Angeles and I am the 4th generation of my family born in California.  Until recently I often joked I had not been east of the I-5.

My mother was a local REALTOR® and I had only a very short, unfortunate, stint with a huge Blue Chip company right out of college.  Turns out I am not particularly employable, but my blunt and honest way of speaking is fantastic for my clients.  I’ll praise your smart decisions, but I’ll also tell you when you are being short sighted.  I’d rather suffer your immediate potential irritation in exchange for your long term happiness.  I also am an obsessive learner.  I’ve been to more seminars, read more books and enjoyed more continuous professional coaching than any REALTOR® I know.
