This course is a review of Articles 1, 2, and 3 of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. You'll better understand the Ethics standards and be provided with the Ethics training required by the National Association of REALTORS®.

The course is designed to teach you about the history of the Code of Ethics as well as the aspirational concepts in the Preamble to the Code of Ethics. You'll learn the structure of the Code and its supporting materials, and then compare it to the concept of general business ethics. The course provides interactive learning methods such as case studies and group discussion of fact scenarios, this is to help you identify possible violations of the Code of Ethics, specifically related to Articles 1, 2, and 3.
