Newsletters California Real Estate MagazineIf this past year has taught us anything, it’s the importance of home and the tremendous resilience Californians have shown in the face of adversity. From stay-at-home orders and shutdowns to support for our essential workers, we’re proud to live in this great state of California. Proud of the home this state provides us. And proud of the comfort, shelter, and communities you provide your clients through homeownership.
Last week, C.A.R. rolled out its 2021 consumer advertising campaign, celebrating the spirit of California while reminding everyone of the hard work you do to help Californians achieve their homeownership dreams. Through television commercials on ABC, NBC, Fox, HGTV, DIY Network and spots on NPR’s popular podcasts, consumers will see why REALTORS® are “California Proud.”
Best of all, you can use the commercials in your own marketing with C.A.R.’s Content Studio tool. This marketing tool allows you to choose a C.A.R. commercial and customize it with your photo and contact information. Once the video is ready, you’ll receive an email with your custom commercial, which you can share with your clients via email, social media and your website.
And when you get in contact with your clients, be sure to point them to the newly redesigned consumer website, ChampionsOfHome.com. This site has been revamped to speak to consumers about buying and selling in today’s market and the importance of working with a California REALTOR®.
New on the site are the Down Payment Resource tool, which allows clients to see all of the down payment assistance programs they may be eligible for within the entire state of California, and C.A.R.’s interactive dashboards, where visitors can see what’s happening in their local real estate market.
We encourage all of REALTORS® to use the campaign in their own marketing and to share the Champions Of Home website with their clients.
