Help your clients understand the laws regarding assistance animals, whether they are owners, tenants, buyers or sellers of Common Interest Developments (CIDs).

In this three (3) hour course you'll gain a working knowledge of the federal and state fair housing and other anti-discrimination laws regarding assistance animals, and the rights and obligations of home owner associations and the individual unit owners, and landlords and their tenants.
